    Description

    The Training

Specially designed for the Qualified Person (QP) and Responsible Person (RP).

This one-day training course builds on your existing GDP or GMP knowledge and, as a refresher and in-depth after the two-day GDP training course, or the one-day GDP Blended training course, for the RP. This one-day course covers the main topics of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations and their implementation in practice.

The RP is expected to train in GDP regularly, but this refresher course can also be very useful for the QP dealing with GDP regulations.  During this day, it looks ahead to the expected changes for 2025 that may affect your work.

This course is not suitable as a foundation course.

    Target Audience

This training course is designed for QP and RP, but also QA managers, logistics managers and those directly or indirectly involved with GDP or pharmaceutical logistics can find this course useful.

If you're a pharmacist or hospital pharmacist interested in earning accreditation points by attending this training,

    Results

    •    The ability to explain, implement, improve and safeguard GDP laws and regulations in your own organization
    •    The ability to perform the responsibilities of the RP / DP in accordance with the regulations
    •    The ability to get quality oversight and recognize risks on product quality and compliance and improve the QMS based on that

    Contents

Using practical cases, you will learn how to apply GDP in complex situations, bundled in a compact one-day training. We will discuss the main aspects in GDP and how this comes into play in practice, especially in the more complex situations a QP/RP may encounter. This training is not intended as a starting point in your career in GDP or pharmaceutical logistics/distribution.

During this one-day training, we will address various situations of your choice such as:

    • The responsibilities and qualification of Personnel.
      • With a special emphasis on the Responsible Person
    • Premise and Equipment, how do you handle warehouse validation for example.
    • Documentation, how to properly handle documentation in the warehouse despite the dynamic environment, including Data Integrity.
    • Complaints, Returns, Recalls and Suspected Falsified Medicines
    • Shipping Validation, including a risk assessment
    • We end the day with an interactive quiz.
