The training
In this one-day training you will learn techniques and tips so that you can write down clear and unambiguous instructions.
In this course, designed by PCS itself, you will be given tools so that you learn to write clear SOPs and procedures. In this way your procedures become clearer, more unambiguous and more intuitive, and ambiguities and irrelevant information are avoided. This increases the chance that fewer mistakes are made in following the procedures.
Furthermore, the most important principles when writing a text are explained, such as thinking about the target group, the way of presenting information, writing techniques and how you can best organize the information in a text.
Target audience
This training is intended for employees in the pharmaceutical industry involved in writing or reviewing procedures. Such as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), department heads, supervisors, QA Officers/Specialists and documentalists.
